All our CUSTOM KITS are specially selected individual items and not retail boxed kits. Using our experience as photographers this means we can offer specially prepared Kits with flexibility, to give you the filters you want and need.
Many CUSTOM KITS have additional options which can be selected, and if you do not see the item you want, simply contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you. For instance, want a 2 stop Graduated instead of 3? We can swap it for you.
CUSTOM KITS are all factory sealed individual items, just as if bought individually. Filters are supplied boxed, with wallets, even when Cases are included in the kit, meaning you will receive both. Where filter holders are part of the kit, such as the V5 Pro, this will be a sealed retail kit including the case.
Discounts over individual items and included accessories give you the best value. Custom Kits give you value and flexibility.
The NiSi Seascape Custom Kit is a Premium Filter Kit, containing 4 filters ideally suited to coastal photography. Two main kits are offered, with two ND filters and two Graduated filters, along with a third option for one ND filter and three Graduated filters. Each kit has been carefully selected to give the best options for seascape photographers, allowing control of skies to balance exposure in a variety of situations, and with the option of a Reverse Graduated for Sunset and Sunrises.
A choice of one or two ND filters is provided. For those who frequently shoot long exposures, perhaps a 6 and 10 stop ND is preferable. Or you may want to have a 10 stop ND and prefer to have a wider range of Graduated filters.
For seascape photography where the horizon is predominantly straight with no parts of the scene overlapping Hard Graduated filters give the best control of bright skies. NiSi Hard Graduated filters have a slight feather on the edge making them easy to position without getting dark line under the horizon. A 2 Stop Hard graduated is useful when contrast between sky and land is not too string, and it can be used in other situations, such as Landscapes.
A Reverse Graduated is ideal for sunsets and sunrises. Being darker towards the centre it controls bright light from the sun on the horizon, allowing great control of exposure without blown out highlights.
